OUR STAFF & PATIENT PROTECTION:
1. Please print out the Covid-19 Consent Form at home, fill it out, and bring it with you.
2. Pull in the parking lot and call us when you arrive. We will come down to your car.
3. Please come alone if you can, don't bring others with you.
4. Wear a mask. If you do not have one, we will provide you with a mask.
5. Our staff will be wearing stronger gear, so we might look a little different.
6. We will take your temperature before you come inside.
7. If you are sneezing or coughing, we will need to reschedule your appt.
8. We will take you directly to the exam room ... no waiting in the lobby.
9. Before your procedure, patients rinse/swish with a mild disinfectant.
10. Ask us any questions you might have. We can help.
